A marketing and public relations pro with a passion for food and beverage, entertainment and fashion, Rachael Mintz supports successful execution of marketing communications plans by collaborating with clients and the team to produce creative solutions and optimize campaign success. 

Mintz cut her teeth in the PR world as a marketing and public relations coordinator at Palms Casino Resort amidst their $690M renovation, where she played a key role in developing the marketing and brand strategy for the entire property. Working closely with renowned chefs including Bobby Flay, Michael Symon and Marc Vetri, and through her relationships with key media, she secured press in The New York Times, Hypebeast, Food & Wine, Forbes, USA Today, Bon Appétit, among many others.

Mintz studied communication studies at University of Nevada, Las Vegas with an emphasis in journalism and media studies. 

A rare Las Vegas native, Mintz has deeply rooted ties to her community and attends as many Vegas Golden Knights games as she can. She enjoys traveling, indulging in delicious food and wine, shopping and spending time at home with her family, including her chocolate lab, Benny and her cat, Mogli.
