Delmonico Steakhouse Offers Special Truffle Menu for One Weekend Only

Menu features black and white truffles offered only Nov. 15 and 16

LAS VEGAS (Nov. 6, 2013) – Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian Las Vegas is celebrating truffle season with a special menu featuring decadent white and black truffles offered exclusively Friday, Nov. 15 and Saturday, Nov. 16. Created by Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater, the indulgent menu is available during dinner hours both nights and reservations are highly recommended.

 

Start the dining experience with appetizers including black truffle-cured foie gras with brioche toast, warm mushrooms, petite greens and a sherry vinaigrette ($30) or angel hair pasta with Vermont butter, white Italian truffles and local chives ($40).

 

Salad options include roasted fall vegetables with creamy black truffle dressing, bibb lettuce, Parmesan reggiano and fresh black truffles ($30) or shaved prosciutto and fresh white truffles with frisee, a poached egg and extra virgin olive oil ($45).

 

Entrée choices include the “Trio of Rabbit” with a braised rabbit leg, crispy loin and homemade sausage with black truffle heirloom grits, local carrots, natural jus and fresh black truffles ($60) or Maine lobster and fresh white truffle risotto with local herbs ($90).

 

A dessert completes the meal with choice of white truffle ice cream ($15) or a white truffle parfait with orange preserves and pound cake ($18).
