Delmonico Steakhouse Hosts Pairing Dinner with The Balvenie Distillery

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 3, 2014)Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian is teaming up with The Balvenie Distillery to create an exclusive four course pairing dinner Thursday, Dec. 11. The evening will feature dishes by Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater, a cocktail from Head Bartender Max Solano and four of the distillery’s renowned whiskies. Brand Ambassador for The Balvenie Lorne Cousin will host the evening alongside Solano. A Scottish native with a storied past, Cousin has traveled the world representing whiskey, one of his homeland’s most beloved cultural products.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m. The event is $120 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required by calling 702.414.3737.
