As an early adopter of social media platforms and longtime internet content creator, Eric Gladstone brings considerable experience to his roles as Social Media Manager and publicist at one7 communications. He is responsible for spearheading the social media and influencer marketing  for the company, building and executing social media strategy, including setup and optimization, content development, influencer relations, research and analytics and best practices within each platform. Eric’s efforts on campaigns for clients including Knife Dallas, Emeril Lagasse’s New Orleans Fish House, Chef Johnny Church, Tapas by Alex Stratta and other have shown that the marriage of great content and clear strategy produces the best results. For these and other clients he has secured coverage in Robb Report, Thrillist, Eater National, and others.


He has also shown expertise in event execution, negotiating live appearances by Chef Church at the KBIS show, and spearheading the sold out six chef dinner collaboration “A Feast of Friends” in 2016.


Eric’s extensive work as journalist, blogger and content creator in the fields of food & beverage, travel, luxury and entertainment, gives him a unique and invaluable skillset on this side of the equation, helping to craft and strategize messaging for greatest effect within the media world.


Some of the prominent print and online media brands he’s worked with include Bon Appetit, Niche Media, Haute Living, Everyday With Rachael Ray,, Tasting Table, Rolling Stone, US Weekly, Life & Style,, Wine & Spirits, Decanter, The Tasting Panel, among others. Locally, he has made significant contributions to Greenspun Media (VEGAS Magazine, Las Vegas Weekly, Las Vegas Magazine) as well as Las Vegas City Life, DAVID magazine and others. Eric has appeared numerous times on KNPR radio, has been interviewed on Access Hollywood and in the LA Times, and his work has been recognized by the Nevada Press Association.


In addition to his journalistic background, Eric’s experience in the F&B world began as a principal investor in Edendale Grill in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake, where he also led the branding, design and messaging for this successful restaurant/bar that continues today.


Eric lives in Las Vegas with his daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the city’s many dining options and outdoor adventure activities and contributes his time and fundraising efforts to local charities including Keep Memory Alive and Three Square.
