David Watts combines over a decade of marketing and event expertise with an enthusiastic spirit, overseeing the events and partnerships department, business development program and company marketing efforts. Throughout his 20+ year career, Watts has demonstrated a proven track record of implementing successful promotional campaigns and created an expansive network of business and personal relationships.
Serving in various marketing and sales leadership positions at The Grand Canal Shoppes inside The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, Greenspun Media Group, Luxury Suites International, Keep Memory Alive Event Center and Enclave luxury events facility, Watts’ ability to create cohesive brand marketing campaigns has resulted in record-breaking sales, increased visibility and numerous industry awards.
Watts is involved in many organizations including the International Live Events Association, Wedding International Professionals Association, Las Vegas Hospitality Association and American Marketing Association. A South Carolina native, Watts graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in applied professional sciences, majoring in media arts.
Outside of work, Watts spends time with his two dogs, Sweet P and Tater, and feeds into his guilty pleasure of keeping up with mindless reality shows. His philosophy is that laughter is the best medicine and being passionate about what you do is key while building relationships and making the world smile in the process.
