Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro Kicks Off Burgerfest 2014

LAS VEGAS (April 17, 2014) – Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo is kicking off the summer with a month of American craft beers and housemade burgers for its annual Burgerfest 2014 during May.

 

The pasture-raised grass-fed beef burgers include American with barbecue sauce, onion rings, iceberg lettuce, smoked cheddar cheese and french fries; Mexican with pico de gallo, avocado, queso fresco, cabbage, chipotle and French fries; and French with “open faced tartine” white toast, whole grain mustard, truffle cheese, mayonnaise, arugula, fried egg and French fries.

 

Choices of on-tap craft beer include Anchor Steam California Lager, Chimay Triple, Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc, Lagunitas IPA and Stone Black IPA.

 

Burgers are $16 each and craft beers range from $9-14.

 

Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro’s hours include breakfast Monday-Friday from 8-11 a.m., lunch Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., weekend brunch Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and dinner Monday-Thursday from 4-11 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 4 p.m.-12 a.m. and Saturday from 4-10 p.m.
