Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro Introduces Lunch and Dinner Summer Tasting Menus and an Offer Exclusive to Locals

LAS VEGAS (June 2, 2014) – Executive Chef JL Carrera from Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo has created limited time lunch and dinner summer tasting menus to beat the heat on the Las Vegas Strip available now through Aug. 31. Perfect to enjoy on the patio with a cocktail or as a power lunch in the chic dining room, the $22 two-course seasonal lunch special includes an appetizer choice of onion soup gratinee or romaine heart salad with parmesan croutons and roasted garlic Caesar dressing. Hearty second course choices include steak frites with eight ounce skirt steak and maitre d’butter or slow roasted turkey club with double smoked bacon, basil aioli, avocado, tomato, romaine and toasted campagne bread.

Showcasing Carrera’s favorite summer ingredients and dishes, the $56 four-course dinner includes a “Chef’s Summer Treat” amuse bouche; mixed “red salad” and nectarines with assorted red baby lettuce, nectarines, radicchio, red Belgian endive, walnut oil vinaigrette, toasted hazelnuts and Laura Chanel goat cheese; a 20-ounce bone-in New York sirloin with provence style ratatouille, asparagus and sauce bordelaise; and classic profiteroles with candied almond ice cream and malted chocolate sauce.
