JuiceFarm Debuts New Cold Pressed Juice Bar at The Palazzo

LAS VEGAS (Jan. 3, 2013)JuiceFarm, the popular cold pressed organic juice bar in Pasadena, Calif., is now open at The Palazzo Las Vegas with a limited menu just in time to start New Year’s resolutions off right. Located on the casino floor near the guest elevators and open daily 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., JuiceFarm features delicious, healthy juices, smoothies and “Rescue Remedy Kits,” designed to amp up for or recover from a night on the Strip.

 

Using only the highest quality organic produce, JuiceFarm’s custom-built cold press juicer gently applies 15,000 pounds of pressure, avoiding the heating effects of conventional juicers. This keeps the cellular walls intact while retaining the highest amounts of natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals without any additives.

 

“Las Vegas is known for decadence and sometimes overindulgence,” said Market City Caffe Hospitality Group (MCCHG) partner Chipper Pastron. “JuiceFarm strives to help balance that with organic and healthy yet tasty alternatives.”

 

Guests can choose from a variety of juice blends including Apple Strawberry Coconut, Just Greens and Apple, Watermelon Mint and Citrus Carrot Ginger or add a wellness shot such as Brain Food with E3 Live and apple juice; Glow with burdock root, cinnamon, maca and honey; or Defense with apple, lemon, ginger, cayenne and oil of oregano. “Boosts” offered include bee pollen, Chia seed, Goji berries, Maca powder, cardamom pods and hemp seed powder.

 

Fresh smoothie options include AB&J with coconut meat, strawberry, banana, grapes, fresh ground almond butter and coconut water; Kalefornia with coconut meat, kale, dates, banana, cinnamon and coconut water; The Whitney with parsley, spinach, kale, banana, whole grain oats, dates, walnuts, hemp protein, cinnamon and almond milk; Popeye with fresh ground almond butter, hemp protein, dates, spinach, cinnamon, banana and coconut water; and Nice Dates with coconut meat, cardamom pods, date paste, banana, coconut water and almond butter. JuiceFarm will also offer freshly squeezed organic orange juice and Honest Apple juice.

 

Sweet tooths can still be healthy with mylks, shakes and coffee drinks such as Almond Mylk, Vanilla Bean Latte or Chocolate Mylkshake with almonds, raw cacao, dates and brown rice protein powder.

 

Three custom Rescue Remedy Kits have been designed specifically for Las Vegas with a combination of juices, shakes, water and wellness shots to help ramp up for a night out on the town and then restore the body. The “Party Prep” increases stamina and protects the stomach with Just Greens and Apple juice, chlorophyll water, Vanilla Bean Latte, coconut water and Brain Food and Power Thru shots. For the morning after, the “Hangover Rescue Kit” helps rehydrate and recover with Beets, Carrot & Greens juice, Cinnamon Spice Latte, coconut water and Detox and Defense shots. The “Back to Normal Remedy” cleanses and brightens skin with Just Greens juice, chlorophyll water, Vanilla Almond Mylk and Detox and Glow shots.

 

One, two and three day cleanses will be offered as well as organic salads and super food snacks.
