LAS VEGAS (Oct. 10, 2014)– Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House at MGM Grand, winner of numerous prestigious culinary awards, is excited to announce its grand re-opening with a restaurant and menu redesign.

“I like to keep things fresh, so we broadened the menu and created a more fun and inviting atmosphere,” said Chef Emeril Lagasse. “This was my first restaurant in Las Vegas and after 19 years of a great partnership with MGM Grand, I look forward to continued success.”

The exterior gated wall has also come down enhancing the open feel. Updates to the private dining room, reflecting the sea-inspired design consist of an oyster seashell wall installation and etched glass.
