Delmonico Steakhouse Offers Special Truffle Menu for One Week Only

  • Delmonico Steakhouse to feature black and white truffle dishes for one week only Nov. 10-16.
  • Specials include two appetizers, two salads, two entrées and two desserts created by Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater.

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 29, 2014) – Delmonico Steakhouse in The Venetian is celebrating truffle season with decadent white and black truffle dishes Monday, Nov. 10 through Sunday, Nov. 16. For the first time ever, the restaurant’s annual weekend event has been extended to a whole week and features eight special menu items created by Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater. These items will be available in addition to the regular dinner menu.
“I love this time of year because it’s our chance to play around with the world’s best ingredients and show our creativity.” Chef Rainwater said. “We’re excited about the dishes we’ve come up with this year and decided just one weekend wouldn’t do them justice.”

Appetizers

Angel hair pasta with fresh white truffles, Vermont butter and local chives (38)
