Delmonico Steakhouse Hosts Pairing Dinner with Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey

LAS VEGAS (Sep. 26 2014) – Delmonico Steakhouse is hosting a four course pairing dinner with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey on Thursday, Oct. 23. Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater and Buffalo Trace representative Kris Komstock will take guests through each course and explain the pairings. A reception will begin at 7 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and a bourbon cocktail created by Mixologist Max Solano. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. The event is $200 per person plus tax and 20 percent gratuity.

Delmonico Steakhouse is open for lunch daily from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and dinner Sun.-Thurs. from 5-10 p.m., Fri.-Sat. from 5-10:30 p.m. The restaurant also has a Fall Cocktail Hour from 4:30-6 p.m. daily in the bar area with food and drink specials.
