Marketing & PR Manager

Our ideal Marketing & PR Manager has between 3-4 years of agency experience, a BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline, worked within real estate and hospitality verticals, brings solid relationships, has developed strong marketing partnerships and campaigns with key brands, created and executed successful events, and knows Las Vegas inside and out. They have their finger on the pulse of social media, and of course, are great writers. They are on the cusp of discovering the role that allows them to join a forward-thinking agency where they can utilize their leadership skills while developing new ones under the guidance of seasoned pros who have a work hard/play hard mentality.

The Marketing/PR Manager will oversee two major client accounts as well as OneSeven Agency’s corporate account and will act as the lead for a team of three to four while being responsible for the planning, development, execution and tracking of the agency’s clients’ marketing programs, strategically communicating to the world in a way that drives consumer awareness, interest and engagement. They will also play a crucial role in social media, advertising, media buying, partnerships and event activations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as key day-to-day contact and account manager for two large corporate accounts plus OneSeven Agency
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting team and client relationships
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication plans with strategy, goals, budget and tactics, including story creation, materials development, media targeting, media pitching, vendor management, social media management, internal/external communication, SEM, marketing database and display advertising campaigns
  • Be the last point of contact with client deliverables, ensuring all is content in‐line with standards and expectations
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising, and proactively bring new opportunities to existing clients
  • Expand company network by engaging in the community as a face of the company
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Advise and direct client how to engage audiences across traditional and new social media
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR and marketing results; give insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with team to develop creative concepts, strategies and tactics for public relations, social media and marketing/promotions programs and email campaigns; manage supporting team to execute strategies and tactics
  • Special event ideation, management and implementation
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with local and national press, as well as bloggers and influencers in the real estate and hospitality verticals
  • Manage asset requests, both internal and external, to ensure campaigns remain on schedule
  • Identify areas of new business opportunities with existing clients by suggesting our integrated services
  • Responsible for other projects as assigned on a regular or occasional basis

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Las Vegas community and media
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and tools

Marketing Coordinator

Our ideal Marketing Assistant has at least one year of in-house or agency experience working within hospitality or real estate verticals, a BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related discipline. You’ve got your finger on the pulse of marketing and social media, Google is your best friend and, of course, you’re an exceptional writer. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing & PR Manager and is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing programs for OneSeven Agency and their clients and ensuring all marketing is up to brand standards. In addition, the marketing coordinator will work with the team to coordinate events, marketing partnerships, community outreach, PR support and administrative duties. The marketing coordinator is a key member of the team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administrative
    • Schedule meetings for executive team, calendar management, answer phones, run office errands, coordinate office vendors, order client gifts, make reservations for VIPs and media
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of the client brands
  • Assist social media team to create Facebook event pages, respond to DMs on social platforms
  • Update partner sheets
  • Create partner collateral as needed, including signage, gift certificates, etc.
  • Monitor client and competitor media coverage, send to clients and create monthly client coverage reports
  • Event support and coordination (manage RSVPs, create invitations, update lists, work check-in, stuff gift bags, coordinate red carpet, etc.)
  • Ensure proper branding and appropriate marketing materials are set up at off-site events
  • Conduct monthly property walkthroughs to ensure signage, branding and on-site marketing is displayed per SOPs and brand partnership deliverables
  • Distribute recap with deliverables to the team after the management meeting
  • Coordinate property management monthly meetings/calls
  • Talent management and create itineraries; coordinate travel and accommodations
  • Participate in agency and client brainstorms and planning sessions
  • Start action report and client agenda for Marketing & PR manager calls/meetings

Photographer & Videographer

We are looking for a Photographer/Videographer to join our agency in our creative department. This position will be working collaboratively with the creative team, marketing department and clients. Depending on the size and nature of the project, photography or video may be set up to capture images, independently or with a crew.

Our ideal candidate has experience using photo editing software, and presents a polished portfolio on deadline. They also have a basic understanding of marketing and social media, like working in a collaborative environment and always sees everything a little differently, in a creative light. Since we commonly use assets across multiple consumer touchpoints, it is important that our candidate understands that the product delivered meets the client’s specifications and is shot through the lens of each specific brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • May need to execute high volume work within a short turnaround time
  • Proactively work with the creative and marketing teams to understand brand art direction; take initiative and share your thoughts
  • Ability to work independently onsite at client shoots while collaborating with in-house team remotely
  • Assists the DP on photo and video shoots
  • Perform lighting, grip, equipment, retouching, editing and post production tasks
  • Maintain processes to ensure there are workflow efficiencies and creative flexibility
  • Maintain high-level production of all photography
  • Oversee camera equipment inventory at the in-house studio
  • Work with marketing to ensure there is consistent photographic brand identity across all digital media channels
  • Produce high-quality digital images
  • Execute the highest of standards by setting up lighting, color accuracy to best represent the brand within the client’s style guidelines
  • Maintain and execute product videos that follow brand style guidelines
  • Maintain proactive communication with the team regarding client expectations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of professional studio experience for commercial, lifestyle, product clients using both artificial and natural lighting
  • Portfolio of original work required

    • Working knowledge of basic digital print production or prepress file
  • Demonstrate strong creative eye, sense of design in all applications of the photographic image, especially as it relates to editorial and consumer applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Adobe products (full suite)
  • Proficient in natural and artificial lighting.
